And i believe RC lose theyr effectivness when they become a habit you dont take seriously. So to make them effective you have to do them troughoutly every time you do them, and really imagine being inside a dream. I think its hard to do it when you just did it 10 minuts ago and had a big realization not being inside a dream. But its worth the effort.
