Two ways really stick out for me:

      1) If I have to get up earlier than normal, I will often wake up even earlier than that and intermittently check my watch. But sometimes, I don't check my watch in real life, I check it in a dream. This will only work if you really do have to get up. You have to believe it.

      2) This one is easier to set up. Make yourself have to pee. I can't tell you how many early morning false awakenings I've had of just going to the washroom. But it only tends to happen when I really have to pee. So drink a glass of water before bed.

I wonder... you know how in the morning (atleast for me, I use autosuggestion every night) you wake up after dreams and just lay there, half-awake and half-asleep, slowly drifting in and out of consciousness? I was thinking, there is a good chance that some of those moments could be false awakenings. No matter how tired I am tomorrow morning, I am going to force myself to do an RC and see if this is really true - if so, it could be a 100% way to have a lucid dream every morning
