      Good anchors for WILDing

A while back I read a post which talked about using something to "anchor" your mind on in order to WILD.

The anchor i'm experimenting with at the minute is holding a very tactile object in my hand as I try to WILD, it hasn't worked for me yet but perhaps some of you can give it a go and see how you get on, or maybe you have some good ones of your own.

Let me know what you think.
