      Instant Dreams While Snoozing

Does anyone else experience a dream within one minute of hitting their snooze button?

I always have dreams that are, from what I can tell, pretty realistic.

Can this somehow help me in achieving lucidity?

I have those all the time, and they can feel pretty lengthly.

Yes try snoozing, dreaming, then when you wake up from the snooze again, picture the dream you just had, but with you in it, and you becoming lucid in it.
It's almost worked for me once, but then my alarm went off again and ruined it.

I tend to have some of my most vivid dreams after a night of drinking. I wake up, wander and get lots of water in me, then fall back asleep and slip straight into REM sleep. I can usually recall 2-4 dreams within this time and all of them very vividly. Its great because sometimes ill only sleep an extra 3-5 hours or so but get so much out of it.

Its REM bounce I think. Alcohol knocks you out but stops you REM dreaming.
So when you do start dreaming its very vivid.
My last 4 DILDs have been after weekend nights out.
Not that I would reccomend booze as a lucid dream induction method.

5-HTP pills can do the same.

5-htp creates seratonin which causes you to have a nice dreamless sleep.
Drop a pill at about 9.30-10pm, hit the sack, then about 3 or 4am you get rem bounce and say hello to very vivid dreams!

hm, might have to give that a try.
could be a plus, especially without that nasty hangover chasing you the next morning...

Doubt it, i had an alcoholic lucid experience, was kinda wierd, i tryed to stabalize (spinning) and the room would not spinning, i had to gradualy enter the spin and slow it down myself, worked like but somepoint i lost lucidity and carried on with the dream thinking i was lucid. lol
