      Newb.....Bit unclear on Reality checks.

      Hi Peoples

I'm new here, been lurking in the forums for a few days and am fascinated by all of this.I only had one or two very Vivid dreams which I remember clearly.I was about 10 years old when i had them.I'm 23 Now!
And they will always be remembered.

I've been writing down most of my Dreams ever since I stumbled across this site.

Hoping someone can just point me to some more detailed info on Reality checks.A few good threads maybe?

      Cheers

      Welcom mate!!!

I would encourage to you purchase Stephan LeBerges book on lucid dreaming. Here is the amazon.com link:

      http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...glance&n=507846

Lots of good info in a small format. But until the book arrives, search this forum for "Reality"

Another good place with lots of good stuff is:

      Hello!

Yeah know, the one thing I really like doing in dreams is turning off lights. Why? Because it dosen't work! haha Thats my little reality check, I saw it in Waking Life. That movie is what really got me into LD.

hi. I don't do reality checks so I wouldn't know anything about them.

I don't do realitiy checks either. I gain lucidity naturally, about twice a week. I feel reality checks are good at the beginning to experience lucid dreaming, but after that you just know you are dreaming. You recognize the dream quality withiut any specific symbols...so I think Paperdoll's post is legit.
