      Help Me With My RC's?

      Right, the other night I had ANOTHER dream, but I was not lucid...

      I had forgotten completely about the RC's in my dream.
      Could anyone tell me how to remember my RC's? or anything to make me lucid.

      RCs (and habits in general) I've noticed do not typically manifest themselves in dreams that often (I've only been doing this for a month and a half though, so maybe they could later). The purpose of reality checks is to question your reality during the day and just think about lucid dreaming in general. If you do this enough it seems to find its way into your dreams.
