Question Attempts at Lucid/ My Experiences (help)

Just need some tips/help, anything would help at this point because... well lets just say I'm not doing so well on my own.

I've had one "wild" so far it lasted only but a few seconds this was during the first attempt at lucid dreaming using the audio aid "hemi-sync". I was in the school weight training room, bench pressing, and I just looked around surprised that I was there. And I threw the bar that was in my hands off and as it was about to hit my body I woke up. It was kind-of vague and maybe even black-white not sure though.

That attempt was done while I was going to bed. Ever since then I have off-and-on been trying to wild at different times, any time from as I went to bed or after rem sleep. I have tried FILD twice as I have very good control of my body immediately after waking up. Every time I use auto suggestion to remember my dreams I wake up periodically throughout the night and if I remember to think about my dreams I remember them. The FILD attempts were kind of spontaneous as I just remembered about them after waking up and attempted them not know what to expect. Such as this morning I attempted one and it made me feel like I was in sleep paralysis but when I tried to move for real I moved my real body so it was a false sense.

I have great recall and every time something out of ordinary happens in the real world I do a reality check. Despite this I have not had ONE DILD! (going nuts here). Recently found out my dream signs are: bamboo/"building something". So I may be close to DILDing with this but that was a week ago so I'm still working with it. Even though I do RCs in real life everyday when something weird happens in my dreams I do not... I remember loads of stuff out of the ordinary yet for some reason I am not questioning it. (When I RC I spend a few mins questioning reality etc.)

For my WILD attempts I have no need to use an alarm clock as autosuggestion works really good for me, as mentioned before. So I wake up after anywhere from 3-8 hours of sleep (tried pretty much each hour), I have gotten up anywhere from 1min-30mins and then go back to sleep. I use a short section-type relaxation technique where I just move from different parts of my body relaxing them, this takes all of about 1min or so, then I am about half-paralyzed or something like that(done this so many times its pretty much subconscious now). I very rarely get itches anymore for some reason compared to when I first started my whole body itched. Then I go through some pretty standard HI if I focus on it or try some technique to enter into wilding. I've tried things such as counting breath, listening to breath, using anchors(pain sound HI etc..), visualizing, the twitch simulation thing...just about everything on this forum.

After all this, not one wild. I seem to take a long time to go to fall asleep while trying to wild because after an attempt I check the clock and 1-2hrs have passed by. This seems to be increasing with time also(my patients span increasing I guess). I have been attempting to lucid since I joined this forum (about three months ago).

Sorry this kinda dragged on but I thought I might get some pointers if I post my experiences so far. I hope this will help others with attaining lucidity also. So if you have any tips for me please post, they are greatly appreciated.

You can try practicing Conscious Awareness during the day when your awake. Become more consciously aware of things you are usually unconscious of like your breathing, pulse, how vivid your surroundings are, notice all your 5 senses in as much detail as you can. Basically train yourself to be conscious of everything your usually unconscious of. You won't be able to do this 24/7 because that would be too much to handle, but do it as much as you can. You can also pretend your in a dream and that you've realized your dreaming then explore the "dream world."
