      Tutorials Above

Anyways let me explain this to you, oh begginner.

You are entering "sleep paralysis". This is a state which your body releases a chemical (I'm pretty sure a chemical) to make your body get stiff so you can't act out your dreams. You probably aren't to that stage yet though. You are in the process of entering sleep paralysis. The left side of your brain shuts down (it might be right but I'm pretty sure its left), the logic side, and you start thinking irrationaly. This is completely normal.

What happens if I try to check if im dreaming at this stage? Shall I try staying awake at this point by doing math etc ? or what ( in my head ofc)

Do something like pretend walking down the stairs or something. Doing math won't help because you can't do math at that point... its near impossible. But just stay concious anyway you can.
