      Probleeeeeem

I'm not sure if this is something I'm doing wrong, or a problem altogether.

I can generally attain Sleep Paralysis easily. I did it twice last night. It's not a bad feeling, it just feels like I'm covered in sponges. Heavy, though awfully comfy sponges. The feeling changes to vibrating to being pulled to my lower-right, but always ends back up into the sponge feeling. I can lift up my arms after the SP, though I can't feel them being lifted up, just the blanket against my arms. (It also doesn't disrupt anything majorly.) I can never get passed this, though. I don't experience hypnogogic hallucinations through that. Though, another thing I should mention is the only places I feel the paralysis is from my neck, down. Not over my head, eyes, ears, or such. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or any suggestions? Thank you, anyways. =D

when you get into SP, visualise as much as you can and "slip" into the dream, thats the best i can describe that process.

i dont think the head not feeling like SP is too bad, because i heard that moving your face doesnt effect things.
