      Unhappy SP Failure

I can't seem to get the full Sleep Paralysis experience. I feel tingly and my body is numb (I don't feel much), but i never go through the vibrations, whispers, or any of it really. I can lay there for an hour thinking to myself unless it's on my side... I fall asleep on my side. I don't know if it's my thoughts wandering or something, i usually lose count of my breathes.

I'm fairly new to this and I try it often, any tips or anything would be greatly appreciated :].

      Do people read other threads?
Yes, I have tried that and other various sleep positions. I tried listening to an MP3 then ear plugs.

I've been browsing the forum for many other threads, and I can't seem to find anything wrong.

I sit there forever still as I ever could be and nothing seems to happen.

Maybe you are hoping it will happen too much.
Relax and think of other things. Its like "a watched clock is a stopped clock".
I often medidtate and have Lucid Dreams as a focal point when WILDing.

I think about it quite often when trying... It probably is it.
