This past week I have been using the FAT technique and it has allowed me to fall asleep a lot faster than before. (Before it could take me 40min+) Now its like what seems 10 minutes. But I havent been able to become lucid. Im using the word fly to become lucid. But every time I start imagining my object of focus as a sponge, A bunch of random thoughts start appearing. So if anyone could explain this part of the process a little clearer, it would be helpful. Suggestions would be appreciated as well!
