hello

i talked about this in somone elses thread but i think it deserves its own thread.

on my first night on trying to LD i had a full SP but snapped out of it as i didnt know what it was.
now every night i often feel myself slipping back into it but can never get there.
i know what to do with the body, keep absolutly still, resist the urge to roll over and keep eye movment still. but i find that JUST focusing on the body realy doesnt help and i often start to daydream, after a while of daydreaming i remember what im trying to do and snap out of the day dream and back to the body and get a funny rush of the nerves (like a tingly sensation) and my heart beat increases. this seems like the brain has started to release the liquid which paralyses the spine, but i snap back to reality to soon.

so the solution is to daydream (like we do every night to get to sleep), BUT not to daydream into a full dream, but return from the daydream just after the body has been paralysed.
i often return from the daydream to early.

the question; can you guys think of a certain way to day dream so as to make sure we return from/snap out of it at the right time

-to early = body is not fully paralysed yet

-to late = we fall into a deep sleep and start dreaming normaly

OR if not day dreaming somthing else to think about for a 'controlled time'.because to JUST focus on the body makes us to concious of it and the brain wont release the paralysing solution.
