      Vibrations!

      well this has already happended to me several times, i randomly wake up, and i feel these vibrations, i begin to see HI but then a few seconds later it leaves and i wake up.. Why!? when this happends i try not to focus to much on the hi because i heard that when hi happends no to focus on it too much or else you will loose it.

      Well, you are loosing it anyway, so try focusing on it next time! Otherwise... I'm not sure how to help you.

      Maybe relax more? I'm sure you get a little excited when this happens.
