You have to let it all go fear, doubt and disbelief. Free your mind.

Get to bed early and sleep for a bit. Then set your alarm after 3 hours to wake up. Think about lucid dreaming, write down any dreams you might have had. Then lay back down in bed and pay attention to your mind and body as you fall asleep again. You should enter right into an LD |
