hi guys. you know how when you go to wild it's reccomended that you wbtb because of rem etc etc but do you have to? i read somewhere that someone just WILDed straight away. is this quite hard to do? like can i just do it as soon as i go to bed at my normal time? or is this quite hard and should i wait longer till i'm more experienced? |

The easiest way to WILD IMO is via the DEILD technique, I recommend that one especially if you aren't able/willing to spend time during a WBTB or initially at the beginning of the night. And as far as a wbtb, you can just set an alarm for your assumed rem period, then just turn it off and try to fall back to sleep. It's not required that you stay awake for hours, just experiment and try to see what works for you while not disrupting your sleep in a negative way. |

But isn't time just all in your head? It's just another form of perspective. Change your perspective, change the time! |

The question is What is the question?
Thanks, Jeff777, for adopting me.

I agree with Shift. I have had Dreams very early after going to bed and awoken from them (so I knew when it was). |
