When your like pretty much asleep, but you can hear the outside world. You can choose to wake up or go to sleep again, and it's usually going to sleep again, counting on mankind's laziness. So is that in SP? Would that be DEILD?

I know the feeling, but no. That is stage 1 sleep.

Sleep paralysis is the paralysis of your body outside of REM sleep. No more, no less. It can be accompanied by hallucinations, but is not always. If you're experiencing those trademark hallucinations there's a chance you were in SP, but no one can say for certain unless they were monitoring your body or you tried to move and found that you couldn't.
