      Unhappy Is this possible?

So, last night, I had a dream about lucidity in which my DCs were talking about lucidity. My dream was about connecting two karaoke machine bugs together in order to form a path to lucidity.

But even though I was talking about lucidity, which was right in my face, I didn't even get lucid. It was more like....a partially lucid feeling.

Is there a real explanation for this? Or has this happened to anybody else?

This happens to people ALL the time, don't even worry, you will eventually get it.

You should try to be lucid through out the day.
If you think or speak about lucid dreaming - the first thing which should happen to you is becoming fully aware of yourself.

If you're watching TV and there's a break: become aware of it - for me, watching TV - or generally, focusing on something - makes me lose my awareness, so whenever I'm done with doing something, I'll have to become aware again.

Just try it, maybe even try holding on to your awareness in the back of your head while focusing on something else like watching TV.

Eventually, you'll become aware in your dream because it becomes a habit.
And maybe one day you'll manage to completely control your awareness and go to bed and just wait for your dream to start (I think I'm getting closer to that one - but far not close enough yet )
