What is the best way to start when you first get into Lucid Dreaming. I only found out about Lucid Dreaming like 2 days ago, however I have already tried the WILD method, which ended with an odd result. Would it be best for me to just start recording my dreams and get better at recall and then try a something more easy like the WBTB method. Or can I start with WILD methods off the back?

I have read somewhere that it takes roughly 4 weeks for most people to have their first Lucid Dream. However people talk about how you have to train yourself to have them. Well with all training and exercises you start off simple and easy and then work on up to the advanced stuff right? So is there such a training method where I start off easy and slow then work up to trying WILD's and WBTB?
