      Lucid Hallucinations?

I'm experiencing a lot of dreams that aren't really dreams, more like hallucinations. I can feel both bodies at the same time, and can percieve both worlds at the same time. It's a bit weird because I'm talking to someone I can see, but at the same time I can't really see anything.
They are like hypnagogic hallucinations, but more... powerful. But not like dreams. In these hallucinations I can move, interact with characters and they can interact with me.
Are these the first stages of a WILD?

I don't have a clue, but I also have them when I'm falling asleep. I think it's the first stage of WILD, but I can't be sure

Although I've never had a WILD ( or even SP ) it sounds a lot like that. I think this is when you are moving past SP into a WILD. Try remaining aware the whole time. Maybe try having conversations with the hallucinations that are about lucid dreaming? Try to take advantage of any opportunity you may get.

Maybe you need to use some techinques to make it more dense and real. Like touching anything around you, your body (not that way), rub your hands. Anything to stimulate your LD senses.
Actually I think I have similar problem - my LDs are pretty blurred and I loose a bit of control. Trouble is that I haven't experienced many and everytime I forget about these techniques.
Last time my LD started while orbiting in some strange space I saw my TV and table next to me and grabbed it.

Had a very long lucid hallucination last night. I once again felt both bodies at the same time, knew that I was hallucinating, and could interact with the world and the characters like in any other dream. I remembered not to move, and could feel the SP. Every once in a while the world "froze" (as if time stopped) and my sight faded, but by imagining I managed to recreate it make everything continue. This happened about 10 times in one very long and elaborate hallucination.

I'm not sure anymore of what to call them. Should I label them "Lucid dream"? I was lucid, sure - but it didn't feel like a dream.

I think you can call them kinda 1st stage LD. Don't bother about naming - try to make them deeper and transform them into 'classic' LD.

I have tried this exact thing, I wondered if I should make a thread about it.

      You describe it pretty good.

I'm in this, what I would call, very low quality dream. But at the same time I half awake, it's like being stuck in the transition.

When I try to go fully lucid in transition stage dream the dream will immediately stop. It's like film, you can't interrupt it. I can try many times to go fully lucid, but the dream will always pause. When I write fully lucid I mean take control, do something the dream character wouldn't have done.

You can be aware of the dream, and still think. It feels like a dream that is running in the background. It gets quit annoying.

If I wake up, and go to sleep again the same thing will happen again, being stuck in the transition phase.

It happens rarely to me, maybe it happends to everyone but they don't think or remember about it.

I am positive that in my case, this can't be used to WILD or LD.

It's nice that I am not the only one

I can feel the Partial SP in my hands...maybe if I stay still for just a bit longer?

Could you find any reason behind finding yourself in that state not in clear LD? I mean did you use different technique, approach, supplements than with successful LD cases.

As to the second - if "this can't be used to WILD or LD" than what?
