      Your approach to wild

Last night i tried a technique i saw in this forum, i laid in the bed and didn't move. Just a few minutes later my eyes closed on their own, 30 minutes to an hour later i started dreaming a little. Was this possibly a wild? But i wasn't fully lucid in my dream, i was dreaming that i was laying in some different bed, and this man's face with no body was floating around and flying in different directions above me, he was saying something, i couldn't make it out except when he said that he was sorry for something.

This was hypnagogia (hypnapompia?). Anyway, you were close. When you start hallucinating you can enter a dream by reaching out with your imagined limbs and touching stuff. This will cause the dream to crystallize around you.

Hypnapompic hallucinations are when you're coming from a dream, not going to it

I think it's stupid to have two different words. I usually just say hypnagogia for both.
