Lucidity 100% of the time (with a catch)

Like many, the number of normal dreams that turn into lucid dreams are few. I'm just wondering if anyone besides me experiences the following (which works 100% of the time for me)

      1) I fall asleep

      2) Suddenly my body starts sliding off the bed

      3) I get up, clothed in my pajamas and immediately know beyond a doubt that I've made it into a lucid dream

In trying to explain it I assume that somehow I'm asleep in a non-lucid dream DREAMING that I'm in bed and sliding. Once I've slid off the bed I'm totally lucid. I know that I've only got a limited time to explore the dream world and most importantly I know that I have to get dressed (because I'm on the floor beside my real bed dressed in pajamas).

I know it sounds strange but it works for me. Is it just me that slides or are there any other humans that have at least once experienced that same thing? Without these sliding out of bed dream episodes my resume of lucid dream experiences would be sparse at best. I never mastered WILD or "question reality" techniques.

Woah! That is cool. Sounds like you've gotten WILDing and noticing FAs down. Lucky...
The question is What is the question?
      Thanks, Jeff777, for adopting me.

Interesting. Do you imagine yourself sliding as you fall asleep?

No. I just know that when it happens a lucid dream is about to happen. These types of dreams are so crystal clear that I can just stand there amazed examining everything in extreme detail wondering how the brain can pull something like that off. And for some reason there's zero chance of a false awakening or slipping back into non-lucidity. The dream only ends when I wake up.

The downside is everything is TOO real. I can't control anything or make anything magical happen. Semi-flying is about it. If I want to go somewhere I either have to do that or find a car, get in it and drive.

I think most of the sliding occurs early in the morning after 4 am after awakening then going back to sleep.

Perhaps you do OOBE instead of LD. Did you examined your surroundings? Went out of your house etc.? I never did OOBE but heard that even there might be some differencies to REAL reality.

      2) Suddenly my body starts sliding off the bed
At my first LD I tried to WILD (lying on my right side), started to se a street that I tried to imagine but suddenly I realised that my body is slipping off to the left. I could sense going through the walls and floors, drifting somewhere but at the end I found myself in a void. That turned later into LD.

Good question. No, the dreams are so mundane and real that I wind up beside the bed in pajama's so I have to get dressed. I then usually walk into the next room (looks exactly like my place), open the door and go out to see what awaits me. (that's where the action is)!

Unlike you though I've never slipped off the bed and wound up anywhere other than where (if it were all real) someone sliding off a bed would wind up .. beside the bed.

Very strange stuff but I'm guaranteed a very vivid lucid dream once I leave my place. I don't yet believe in OOBE but if I did, this is how I'd describe these types of lucid dreams. They're so real I know exactly where my body is sleeping (back in my bed) and the locations of objects that I own (such as my cell phone). Hence if I placed my cell on the living room coffee table before falling asleep, in the dream I'd know where to go pick it up.
