      good ways to reality check?

what are some ones that you use?
i just simply ask my self if i'm dreaming, but i don't think that's enough.

I normally really really really ask myself if I am dreaming or not.
I shouldn't just know if I am dreaming or not.
Because at any point in time, I really could be dreaming!
Like right now, you really could be dreaming!
So I look around, look at my hands, count my fingers, look at my watch and see if its working corectly, and keeping time corectly.
I reality check every time my watch beeps.
(So it will beep when I am sleeping and I will hear it in my dreams!)

the watch thing is a good idea. i should really get one of those.
i'd just be worried i either wouldn't hear it or the beeping would do nothing but add some part to my dream. that's happened to me many times with an alarm clock.

well it would be part of the dream, you just have to look out for the beep during the day, and you will do the same in the dream!
Even if it dose do that, atleast you still have a watch lol
