      Sleep Paralysis Help

I used to have short lucid dreams nearly every time I tried a WILD. The technique I used doesn't work for me anymore, but I've adapted and now EVERY SINGLE time I attempt to WILD I will reach SP within 8 - 20 minutes. However, I've forgotten what to do once I get to sleep paralysis. Can someone please help me convert my SP in an LD?

On a side note, every time I hit SP now it is exactly the same. My eyes open but I can't tell if they are my real eyes or my dream eyes because I'm always looking at my room like normal. Also there is a feeling of a strong wind and sometimes it feels like its gonna blow me away. Not so intense. I don't get freaked out and remain calm (but sometimes frustrated). Is there anyway for me to exploit this?

The few times I've successfully WILD'ed I noticed once I get into SP just wait for a little bit, you should feel the SP go away and then feel free to move.

About the whole wind thing, a couple times I felt like I got 'pushed'/rolled off my bed. I guess that's the transition I felt between real and dream world.

Once I felt it start going and I thought I was waking up, which looking back doesn't make since, so I got out of SP of my own accord Haha. Thanks for the advice, next time I'll just wait it out.

I saw another thread about SP a few minutes ago and it said to "immerse yourself" in the SP. What does that mean?

I managed to WILD once. I missed the transition, and kinda came to sleeping face down. I realised I was hearing music which was impossible.

I didn't actually feel the SP vibrations until I tried to move.
      Of course I couldn't.

So it makes sense to me that the vibrations might go away once you've made the transition.

I have found they go away, but I am moving out of my body straight after too normally and I do not initiate it.
      Like its auto-pilot.
