Also when you're in SP, does it feel you your body is trying to move upwards?

This sounds way more advanced than simple HH, though initially I believe that it is what you are describing. Were you paralyzed? If not, who knows if you were in SP. But, I think it was probably the start of a dream.

When you're in SP, your "body" can feel a number of things, because your real body is paralyzed and generally can't feel anything

Often times, I feel as though I'm sinking into my bed, and I fall through it, and that's the start of my lucid dream. Other times I feel like I'm uncontrollably floating upward. It varies

The only way to know for sure from your home bedroom if you were in SP is if your body was paralyzed. The rest are just HH.

I just took a nap and tried to WILD. I got to the point where I felt buzzing and tingling, but then got out of it for some reason (maybe excitement?). I also felt as if my body was trying to float upwards again.
