      How can i get lucid through sp??

      A few nights ago not long after going to bed i fell asleep, and imeediately started dreaming. I immediately realized that i was dreaming so, i did or tried to do a reality check, first thing though the dream started with me laying on something in a dark house at night. So, i tried to rub my hands, but i could hardly move my hands, then i tried to shout "clarity!| but i could hardly talk. So first of all, was this sp within a dream? And secondly how can i enter a lucid after experiencing sp?

      Well, either it was sleep paralysis, or being paralyzed in a dream.

      Some people are paralyzed in some of their dreams, much like not being able to run quickly or having no force behind punches, except much more powerful. If you were, I doubt there is much to do... except become lucid, and tell yourself you can move.

      If it was sleep paralysis, that means your body is asleep, so you could WILD from that point.
