i was wondering if anyone uses BrainHack? It is an app in the itunes store for itouch and iphone. it has a lucid dream ambience. the first night i used it i did a 20 minute stress release ambient and then an hour long lucid dream ambient and had a lucid dream. do you guys/girls use it?
