it's an app, you can only use it if you have an itouch or iphone, i think it's on sale still for 99 cents

I just downloaded it and like half of beats don't even work. Uncluding the lucid dream one. It's just blank.

they work for me. did you use headphones? and i am assuming you have an iphone or itouch?

This sounds awesome, bought it and I'm downloading it to my iPod touch right now. My only successful lucid dreams have ever been induced by binaural beats, so thanks for the find.

Oh okay I got it, it works on the earphones but it didn't work on the speakers. And yea I got an iPod touch.

i had the trouble that it didnt work on the speakers but it wouldnt be that useful playing out of the speakers anyways.

They generally don't work unless you believe they will (placebo effect), as there isn't really any strong evidence for it at all.

Alrite, i just bought this, and i'm going to bed tonight with "Lucid Dreaming" part on for 1 hour, I'll report in if it works.

I've seen this before.

Regardless of what ANYONE says, inducing any of these effects by just audio is impossible. What you are experiencing is the Placebo Effect.

Essentially, it will work if you believe.

I did it and i used it, i would say that it didnt help me with lucid dreaming, but this thing is PERFECT FOR WILDS, yes i said WILDS, when i first used it before bed i was just listening to it(not trying to wild) all sudden not even 10 min later, i went into SP, i forced to move cause i didnt know what was going on, nor did i expect it.

when i woke up in morning, i tryed it again, once again, not 10 min i went right into SP, yet i was still sleeping cause i didnt feel anything, i tryed to move to find out my body was unable to move.

I have to say that this is a perfect program for begininers like me and other people who want to attemp wilds, i never got into SP so easy WITHOUT EVEN TRYING!

i agree it really seemed to calm my mind and helped me not think of being still and i could just do it
