My second lucid! This one was induced using Lucid weaver on my phone - http://www.lucidweaver.com/ - It's freeware now BTW!!!
I have the RC alarm going off all day during the week, about every half hour. I try to program my brain to recognize this and RC STRAIGHT AWAY as soon as I hear it.
And some nights I'll put on the lucidity training to go off every 45 minutes.
Anyway..
"LUCID!
*My three beep alarm que from my phone went off. It nearly woke me up but I was still slightly in sleep.*
I pinched my nose and inhaled. I could breathe, I was dreaming! A wave of energy rolled down my body and I was in. I was in bed and my left arm was paralyzed. I tried all sorts of affirmations to get control. I knew my missus was next to me. I was scared of what visualisation I would see. She was acting like a beast trying to bite me and rip me apart but I held her off with my other hand.
This lucid was not vivid at all. I finally broke free with more affirmations, and I was back on the cruise on the balcony.
I was saying all sorts of affirmations like, "Clarity now! Lucidity now! I have complete control over all parts of my body!" But I just couldn't get a clear picture.
I was now flying to through Sydney harbour heading toward the city flying under the bridge. I tried to land on the Opera house, but then the dream started to fade..
Another part through the night I was almost awake (no visual everything was black), but I knew I was asleep, but didn't think or say it yet. I waited about 5-10 seconds just to make sure my body wasn't awake, and I pinched my nose again to make sure. I was dreaming! A wave of energy rolls over me.
This time I am trying to visualise and create the scene. It's difficult though. I can't remember much of this dream."
I don't have the problem of the dream not lasting very long like I did a couple of years ago. But just having visuals seems a bit difficult sometimes.
