I should mention.. don't use it regularily.. or use only low doses regularily, as b6 builds up a resistance pretty fast and becomes less affctive.. some people feel it more then others.. i need to take at least 400mg before i get that morning awarness-zombieness feeling. Just remember not to go over the 1gram mark.. as it may cause nerve damage at that dose.. little kids are also more suceptable to nerve damage from it. (note however, the damage IS temporary.. so if you feel numb or something after taking 2grams of b6 cause you didn't listen to me.. you should heal) |
