Thread: Recognizing Dreamsigns

I get that a lot, i might walk throgh a wall or do summat weird and i still won't realise i'm dreaming. I've heard of a few ppl who had ppl in their dreams come up to them and say "You are dreaming!" It's someting that you have to cope wiv sumtimes. I don't exactly know what to do, sorry.

Associate heights with reality checks. The important thing is to keep your mind alert and build a habit out of it.

If you can, maybe actually get up on something that is high every now and then. Something that makes you a little nervous, and perform an RC. Or try an RC every time you ever feel dizzy, probally be hard to remember but never say never.

Thanks guys!, You make interessting points. My problem is that "feeling afraid of heights" is such an abstract dreamsign, and that i almost never experience it in real life (perhaps a good thing). So far i've beem trying to tell myself that everytime i get that feeling i'm going to do a RC, but it doesn't seem to work. I think i'll do as Xisdence said, try to go up to the roof of a high building and do rc's. (A bit dangerous, if i don't check back in a few weeks, you'll know what happened to me )
