I can't sleep facing the ceiling

I just can't. It's so uncomfortable to me that after 20 minutes in this position I have to change it to one that one arm stays under my body (I can't explain how it is, but whatever).
So I can't WILD because I can't sleep in "facing the ceiling position" and in the position I like to sleep I need to change sides quite often so my arms don't "fall asleep".
Any tips, or something like that?

You don't have to sleep in any one position.

I can't sleep facing a wall. I'm always convinced something is going to come up and grab me. So I sleep the other way.

In order to WILD, you need to fall asleep. So just, relax.

If you want to sleep facing the ceiling, try twist your body a little with your head facing the ceiling or vice versa,
twist your head to the side whilst lying upward. Until you can fall into a WILD.

Maybe your ceiling is in the wrong place?
