I get lucid. And wake myself up!

Hey I haven't been on this forum in a while. Anyway, so attaining lucidity in my dreams isn't that big of a deal anymore, it just happens naturally now I guess. (Tip:it's 1000x easier to be lucid if you take naps)
      ANYWAY
I wake up inside my dream, but the dream eventually fades and I wake up. I can't stay inside! It's like I'm dreaming, but I can feel myself in my bed, I can feel the pillow on my ear and the mattress on my side, but I'm still inside the dream. Then POOF. I wake up. It's like the more I struggle to stay inside the more I become conscious in reality. I hate it!! Help!!
      Thanks.

      BTW
I tried spinning inside the dream it DOES work but for a very short amount of time.

I see you don't excitate when you are in the dream...it's very strange ....did you concentrate on staying in the dream? no matter what?
      anyways...very strange...

Try grabbing a hold of something and feeling its texture or looking at your hands so that you can ground yourself,
make sure to always ground yourself so that you can stabilize the dream

once stabilized just have fun!, remind yourself every couple mins to reground yourself.

also, this is very useful so once your lucid ends you can instantly have another one

Also remember your dream ending could just be a false awaking, so remind yourself to do a RC apon awaking

      Hope this helps!
