      Sleep pralalysis and REM

      The other night I had a LD (Sun, Feb 1st 09) My body went into like a paralysis, but I knew if i moved enough I could get out of it. I was in paralysis and my eyes were twitching, (like REM?), eventually I moved so that I could get out of that state and get normal sleep. What should I have done?

      If you were in paralysis you wouldn't be able to move right away, unless you couldn't right off the bat.

      I am not an expert on WILD's but wait for your dream to start I guess.
