Here's my story. I joined up the beginning of last year because I was interested in lucid dreaming. After about a month of hanging around the site, i was able to have an LD at least once a week. for me thats pretty good haha But my computer died. and when that happens, I lose track of everything online. I kept my dream journal up-to-date for about 3 weeks, until i stopped. I've started again, so I'm hoping I can get back to how i was when I left. anyway. if you think about it more often it will affect your dreams. so i guess a good thing to do is post in the forums more often. simple!
