So I have been reading Lucid Dreaming in 30 days and on day 14 it told me to do some free dreaming and not to say anything (mantras) before you go to bed. So that when you sleep your mind will balance out again. So yesterday I kept the mantras to a minimum but still did occasional RCs that night I had an LD! So im wondering maybe im to obsessive with the RCs and Mantras? Maybe not thinking so hard on LDing helped me relax and actualy help me LD!? |
