      wild, vibrations and sp?

Why do some people get vibrations while wilding? I've never experienced it before when i wild. And about sp, now i only get it sometimes in dreams. Before it was mainly while i'm asleep but i was fully aware of being in sp and i wasn't really asleep, but my question is, when i have sp in dreams, how can i get out of sp? Because i can't do anything in my dreams because i can barely move or talk.

I'm not really sure why some of us get vibrations. I always have during the WILD technique, and I guess I've never really questioned it.

For the second part, I'm not completely sure what it is you're saying. Do you mean that after you transition, you'll appear in a False Awakening, where you still can't move? If you're truly in the dream and you're unable to speak, try giving orders to your body through your mind.

If you are 'paralyzed' or experience difficulty moving in a dream, this is NOT SP. This is just you being paralyzed in the dream, because you're giving yourself a mental block. Just try to float through your bed or out of your body or something. SP is the physiological paralysis of your body. There is already enough SP confusion, what's with everyone 'having SP' in their dreams lately Read some more on dream control and while awake try to come up with some unique ways to shift out of a frozen dream body. It's just a matter of dream control.

Some people don't get any hallucinations at all during SP. Nobody knows why. If you did you could probably sell that info to all the people who suffer ISP.

what counts as a vibration? sometimes i feel like im having "vibrations" but for me they feel a lot like when uv stopped suddenly after some hard exercise and you can feel your heart.

so, im not sure that if because i'm SP i'm very aware of sensations that would feel very subtle whilst awake (ie, a slightly increased heartrate because i'm a bit excited), or if these are infact "vibrations".

I get the heart-vibrations as well, they always come just before the onset of SP for me. So just stay still and wait.

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!

I experience vibrations during the majority of my WILDS. I can keep from feeling them if I really try, but it is normally more trouble than it is worth. I sort of like the feeling.

I think it depends on where your attention is while WILDing. If you are focused on your body, you will feel sensations related to your body. Some people are more visual, or rely on pure imagination so heavily, they completely lose track of their body. At least, that is the way it has always worked for me.

If you want to break sleep paralysis, try wiggling your big toe. If you are getting heavy hallucinations or dream imagery while experiencing sleep paralysis, just go with it and enter a full on dream. By the time the hallucinations become involved enough to feel like it is a full dream, you can just imagine a new scene, or float or roll "out"of your body.

i often kind of feel like im "inside" my head. in a sense. like im still connected to my body, but instead of thinking from where my brain is, i feel like my head is a huge space and im the size of a subuteo player stood in the dark inside the huge space that is my head. quite the opposite of floating out of my body haha. shrinking into my body. gutted.
