      Dream Body

      Heres the thing. How can one shift the Physical Body to the Dream Body without entering a "dreamland"?

      I'm saying waking up in your dream in the same place you fell asleep.

      So I did that the first time I tried last night and was completely aware for about a few minutes dream time until I realized I was dreaming and I woke up!

      What I did was Discern for a little while then fell asleep as usual staying a bit more aware of things until the moment of sleep.

      With practice I'm sure I could really become balanced in my dreams.

      So thats how I would like to start all my dreams from the place where I fell asleep!

      Well you do that, only concern is how are you going to have that kind of control to wake up in the same place as you slept.
      And how are you going answer the question of whether you're in a dream or still awake if there is going to be no difference between the real and non-real room?

      I used to do that when I was little. I remember thinking that the dream world was the same as my waking world, only after I go to bed. If you think about going to sleep like waking up in the other world, then youll find it easier. Used to work for me

      Well technically, you have entered Dreamland. It's just that you're in the same scene you were left in before your body fell asleep.

      I'm not quite following what you are trying to do or why you would want to do it. What's the benefit? Could you explain it a different way?
