      WILD induces FA?

So I accidentally pulled off a WILD earlier... it was totally unintentional, I had just woken up after about eight hours and wanted to go back to sleep, so I layed down, closed my eyes and started visualizing stuff like I normally do when I'm trying to go to sleep. Before long, I felt SP set in and started seeing some really vivid HI's. I was like "HOLY CRAP A WILD!"

Anyway, next thing I know, I'm in my room. I do a reality check and I'm dreaming. I can't see out of my right eye, and it's really really hard to move. Not to mention the room is just one step above pitch black, so it's sort of hard to see anyway. I make my way to the door at the other end of the room, and barely touch the doorknob before some unknown force flings me back in to bed. And the process started all over again.

I "woke up", did a reality check, I'm dreaming, whoopee, etc. Still can't see out of my right eye and it's still hard to move. This time I stand up and spin around, which gives me my vision back and makes it easier to move. Before I can do anything else, I'm back in my bed, repeating the "wake up and do a reality check" scenario.

This time, since I can see and move around freely, I go through the bedroom door and start toward the front of my house so I can leave and actually make something of this mediocre LD. Can you guess what happens next? Suddenly I'm back in my bed, confirming that I'm still dreaming. I sit there for a minute trying to decide what to do. Frustrated, and slowly getting less and less rational, I decide that my closet, half closed and pitch black on the inside, would probably lead me somewhere pretty interesting. So I get up and run at it, break down the sliding door, and fall through the closet... right back in to my bed.

My goal at this point is to get out of my house. The window in my room is too small and high up for me to climb out of, so I make a mad dash toward the front door. The living room/doorway area are shrouded in black, and I can't see a thing. Instead of walking through there, I open the window in the kitchen and kick out the screen. I'm climbing through the window, which is pretty small, so it's more like pushing myself through the window actually, and my fingertips are touching the ground. I'm so close it's ridiculous. The top of the window brushed against the middle of my back and I got this weird uncomfortable tingly feeling.

Next thing I know, I wake up, in my real bed, with the same feeling in my back, but it goes away as soon as I roll over.

Tl;dr: Did a WILD, had like four false awakenings, kept getting moved back to my bed somehow, and had little to no control.

Is there a way to prevent this type of thing? Most of my LD's are DILD's, and the last time I managed a WILD was like two years ago, and pretty much the same thing happened. Does everybody get this type of thing when they WILD?

Maybe you can shout for "light" "help"
imagine, use imagination, imagine that light comes, or some friend comes and help you...
I think that inconsciusly you transported to bed that number of times...
read about passive control and that...
if you think something will happen...that happens...

Thanks, but I'd already read both of those, and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. This only happens to me in WILD's, in other LD's everything normal and I'm in control. I definitely didn't think any of that would happen, in any case.
