Ah, I've had this a lot. If there's one thing I hate doing with my dreams, it's playing tug of war. I think it's probably because the REM cycle ended. Even thought it's possible to get back in the dream as it ends, sometimes the dream wins. That's the only way I can describe it. |

Frustrated...
So I've been determined as of late to achieve lucidty. Ive been using a combination of RC's during the day and using MILD when I go to sleep. Last night I was pretty tired so I thought....I'll go to sleep now and that should give me a good night of dreaming...I used my statement, drifted off to sleep. I did a nose RC in my dream. I realized I was lucid, but I seemed to be in between sleeping and being awake. Its like I was fighting to stay in the dream. I tried to rub my hands together in spin, but that seemed to wake me up even more. Later I had a few non-lucid dreams. Whats the problem?
