      For the "SP" Impaired


      DreamingGod's SP Technique


      Hello there, this is just a short little guide of my method of getting
      into SP.



      Step 1 - Get Exhausted

      Whether this is mind work (reading) or body work (running) get yourself
      exhausted.


      Step 2 - Take a nice warm shower

      Take a Nice looong warm shower, this is the time to relax and think about
      LDing.

      Step 3 - Lay down in bed , clear your mind what I do is instead of counting
      my breaths, I count seconds so it's like

      1 mississippi - 2 mississippi -3....

      During this time, you shouldn't move at All, Soon enough I'd feel a tingly feeling and voila i'm in SP
