You definitely just need more practice. Also when you were trying to change the scenery, did you really believe it would work? Anything you want to happen in a dream all relies on weather or not you believe you can do it. If you really think you cant, you wont. Also more practice will help with this |

congrats it seems like a lucid dream to me, you definitely knew that you were dreaming. but did you know for certain? without a doubt? thats the difference. you might not have grounded yourself in the dream enough. you should do more reality checks. what i do is i shut my mouth and plug my nose and try to breathe. if i can, then im in a dream. and i always ask myself aloud if i am dreaming, and then after the test i say that i am dreaming. this really helps with getting more complete control because you know for a fact you are dreaming. good luck. |
