When I first started meditating, I breathed normally, but focused on it. My thoughts kept moving off my number, or my breath, or whatever I was focusing on at the time, so I developed a trick that worked for me (yay). |

On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.
Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

I use a technique my old art teacher taught me before I begin meditating(I don't use it for LDing though). It's a technique you can use to steady your hand when it's shaking. |
