Thread: Too scared to think about lucidity

Become lucid and change the situation.

If he was able to become lucid this wouldn't be a problem...

hmm.. interesting.. i almost envy your situation in a way. all you have to do is be able to ask yourself, "Would this really be happening in real life?" I seem to be much more conscious in my nightmares or scary dreams then usual. whenever you get in a scary situation do a reality check. just try to get yourself to remember to do a reality check the next time you are gettin chased or whatever.
