      Help me!!

      I haven't had a lucid in quite a while so tonight I'm concentrating all my energy on having an LD. I'm reading lucid dreaming sites, watching videos on it, listening to binaural beats and doing RCs constantly. I'll be really disappointed if I dont get one. In fact just for good measure I requested a night stalker or dreamwalker( check the thread about this in beyond dreaming if you on't know who they are) to enter my dream and help me become lucid. GRRRRRR!!! I AM SOOOOO PUMPED!!! I'm just so excited about tonight. I'll post when I'm about to sleep and report my progress in the morning. So please will allof you guys wish me good luck as I hope for lucidity

      Good luck! Try not to get too ambitios, don't be dissapointed if you do not have a LD. Don't get me wrong, the enthusiasm is great! Just try to have fun with it, don't be brutal with yourself.

      believe it or not... getting really pumped can be counter productive. but more power to you, lucid dreaming just takes time.

      Do it my way.

      First do ONLY LD stuff. Everything non-LD related is forbidden. Do RCs every 10 seconds. Punish yourself if you donŽt have an LD and reward if you do. Then forget about it, and youŽll have plenty of lucids.
