If any of you are like me then you have probably tried lots of induction methods to enter lucid dreams, well I was lying in bed the other night, listening to my ipod when I realized that my body was becoming very relaxed when my mind was focusing on listening to music. So I made a playlist the next day of songs that I enjoyed, and that night went through the standard WILD techniques(sleeping 4-6 hrs, waking) and added my music to this. |
