      The barrier of WILD is...

...that you are waiting for SP, HI and stuff like that. When you are waiting for these things to happen, you canīt fall asleep. So that makes the WILD hard. I read this from BillyBobīs "How to WILD" article.

This is a BIG problem to me. The only times I can WILD is when I do it by accident. Whenever I try to WILD, I wait something to happen and I fail.

      So this is my question:
How can I WILD without waiting for something to happen?

There are many variations of WILD. You should look them up and see which technique works out the best for you.

The most important thing you need to make progress with WILD is patience. Without it you won't probably go far. And you can't WILD without waiting for something to happen but you can shorten the time you'll have to wait by sleeping a few hours before attempting a WILD.

Actually, you CANīT possibly WILD when waiting for it. The falling asleep progress only happens when you ainīt waiting for anything.

Plus you HAVE to sleep the right time before WILD, it ainīt any addition.

Practice holding onto a little awareness while you fall asleep. Forget about trying to WILD for a few nights, and just watch what happens to your mind as you drift off to sleep, normally. Just sit back and passively watch how your thoughts wander, how your HI starts, ect. Once you have a good handle on how the process works for you, personally, you will be better able to work with it.
