      How to stop moving??

This is making me mad. I can´t stay still for more than 5-10 minutes when WILDing. I just get this hyuuge urge to move and then I start moving. I´ve tried to repair this with training. In the day I try to stay still for a long time, while the sun is shining, I´m itchy, it´s hot, I´ve taken some coffee and my bro is playing the guitar in the next room. I´ve made this even harder by taking a really bad posture and putting a stone under my head.

In addition to the training, two things seem to work:

      Taking a nice posture
      Emptying my mind

      What else should I do?

You can move a little bit. Try not to move too much though. It could also be your body testing you. Try "going to sleep" but then when you are close to falling asleep, concentrate. It works better if you are tired and try to WILD. If it works your body should go numb and you will be on your way. Or at least that's what it feels like for me.

Do you have the same problem when you try to sleep? (I hope not ) Just get comfortable like you would when you go to sleep normally. Your success with your WILD is all mental, and has very little to do with whether or not you move. As with anything else, the more you think about not moving, the more you will want to move. Just forget about it. Do any relaxation excercise that works for you. Then do it again. Then you will be close You need to get so relaxed, you completely lose your connection to your body.

Its what also happens to me. Even when i try to sleep normal, I roll about 900 times in 3 hours and when my body is just about to fall asleep i roll again and pass out.

My limbs get everywhere its annoying.

I can't WILD at all, but I can hold still for at least an hour before falling asleep.
Just ignore all tingly, itching, and uncomfortable feelings you are getting.

What I do is get into the most comfortable position I can, knowing that I will want to move later. This tells me that I am comfortable, and it's my body trying to test my brain.

Also, the idea isn't to get comfortable and fall asleep. The idea is to go into a dream state, so you should want to stay awake. Push through the uncomfortable feelings.

Isn't it funny that you can't fall asleep during a WILD attempt, but when stopping the attempt, you fall asleep right away? This is exactly because of this bullshit rumor that you need to lay still. Laying still makes you tense all your muscles very slightly, making it impossible to fall asleep. Took me a while to figure this one out.

The spasms are your muscles flexing and relaxing. The swallowing is your mouth clearing the saliva and the throat relaxing. The moving around is your body trying to get into a good comfortable position. The vibrations, the tingling, the sleep paralysis is your body relaxing on even a deeper level. During your sleep, you move all the time! Listen to your body, it knows best. Ignoring your body like most people advice clearly makes you unable to fall asleep. If you can't fall asleep, how are you even going to start to attempt a WILD?

When you fall asleep, the transition is only a fraction of a second so you can miss it very very easily, that is why WILDing is so hard, you only get one shot each night. A very easy trick to master the transition is holding some heavy metal object in your hand, your hand hanging next to your bed with a metal tray under it. When you fall asleep, your hand will relax and drop the object on the tray making a lot of noise and it will wake you up again. Using this method, you can explore the transition as much as you want and be master of WILDing in no time!

Hellohihello is correct, it's a test. Ignore it and after a while that feeling will go away.

Also, when you dream your body makes little micro movements or twitches according to your dream.
So tiny movements might help the body fall asleep faster.
