      Daydreaming into lucid dreams

      Has anybody ever daydreamed about what they wanted to dream about and then actually dreamed about that subject? It happend to me this afternoon, i daydreamed about what i wanted to dream about, then i actually had a lucid dream when i went to sleep later, that was today. It was exactly what i wanted to dream about to.

      thats pretty cool. I have never heard of that happening before. I should try that sometime. I"m guessing its because you are thinking about what you want to dream about. Was it a lucid dream?

      Yes it was lucid, when i realized it was lucid i used a technique that doesn't work for everybody to prolong dreams. Rubbing my hands, for some it works, for others it doesn't. Unfortunately, the dream ended when i closed my eyes.
