Red face Am I Getting closer to be able to WILD?

Hey it's me again. I tried to WILD twice last night, one time in the afternoon and one at night. I used the breathing technique and it helped me relax and focus. When I go to like 50 breaths I started to frequently feel like I was in a dream but in third person. Then all of a sudden the "dream" would go away then I'd have another random one a few minutes or seconds later. My body also felt kind of numb, but I didn't feel any vibrations. I knew I could move if I wanted to but I got this kind of feeling like when I'm sitting on the couch nice and relaxed and when my parents call me to do something when and I don't feel like moving (that's probably a bad metaphor). However, as I was really getting into it my mom shouted my name to tell me something. So if I keep this up will I make some progress toward WILDing?

Yes, you're getting close. But, a bit of advice to make it the rest of the way. Firstly, maybe try it in the middle of the night. Like, after 4-5 hours of sleep wake up to an alarm and go get a glass of water. Stay up for maybe 15-25 minutes. Stay awake and move around a little bit, but don't do anything too engaging. All of this will improve your chance to get into a deep WILD state.

Next, once you feel like you are in a third person dream, or feel as if you've entered the WILD state, (alot of people get a feeling like they are falling or spinning right before they have a WILD,) roll over. Don't wait around for the dream to turn into a full-fledged first person WILD. Just roll over. If you are still awake and you move in real life then tough break, you spoiled your WILD. But if you are in fact asleep then great job! The rolling over probably got the dream going.

I'm pretty sure that he means try rolling over with your body in real life but if your dream body moves instead, then you have indeed entered a WILD!

      Good luck
