      do you by anychance have a rapidshare account? if you do, go look in warez-bb.org for some, i got mine from there. or you can try limewire, i got some from there to.

      The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
      With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.

      Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
      A thousand pictures fill my head,

      I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
      and yet my limbs seems made of lead.

      there are a few that are titled "Lucid Dreaming", but i think that any of the beats that deal with the deeper brainwaves are good for getting you into a trancelike state. delta and theta probably. look for any titles with those in it, or just obvious titles.

      anything by hemi-sync is good, but as to how it will affect your ability to lucid dream, i have no idea. i listen to them to help me meditate. go to hemisync's website to see if they have any specific tapes for LD's

      I'm assuming that you've seen these: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=55276

      There's a free relaxation audio MP3 file on that link. It uses binaural beats, and although it is a 'relaxation' audio - I have used it before I go to bed each night and found it very effective.

      One that I've heard recommended is a combined double Schumann resonance of 7.83hz and 5.2hz

      I don't have the link for the actual sound file anymore, but if you have a binaural beat generator program (which are often free online, sometimes with open source code) then you could just enter those two frequencies and tweak them to your wishes.
